On this page you can find information about the registration process and hopefully find answers to your questions. Here are the questions (and accompanied answers) that we could think of. What does a ticket for the NPSC cost?

The price of a ticket for the NPSC 2018 is 80 EUR. We have done our best to keep the price low and affordable for students, e.g. seeking funds and getting sponsors (check out our ‘Sponsors’ page to see who helped made this happen!)

What’s included in the ticket price?

When you have paid for your ticket, your only extra expense from the 19th to the 21st will be the journey to our wonderful Copenhagen! We have included:

  • Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Lunch (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Dinner (Friday & Saturday)
  • Coffee & tea, cake & fruit (every day, all weekend)
  • Accommodation (read more about this at ‘Practical Information’)
  • Social activities
  • A diploma documenting your participation in the conference
  • An entire programme designed to explore ‘Presence in the Present’!

Who can buy a ticket?

The Nordic Psychology Students is a union of Psychology students from six Nordic countries, which is why the only requirement is that you study Psychology (BA, MA or Ph.D.) and that you do this in one of the following countries: Estonia, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland or Denmark.

How many tickets are there?

In order to have a reasonably sized conference, we had to restrain the number of tickets to six per country. You can only buy one at a time so if you plan to participate with a friend, make sure that you both buy your ticket early.

When can I register?

Registration is now closed. We look forward to seeing you at the conference!

What do you do with my personal data?

We use your information for administrative purposes, such as check-in and e-mail services. We are required to provide our sponsor Aarhus University with a list of participants as a part of the funding process. We will delete all information when the conference is over.

Can I get a refund if I can’t participate after all?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets as we do not have the financial ressources. It is possible to sell your ticket to another student from the same country, but you need to inform us by e-mail.

I have allergies – what do I do?

If you have some major allergies, it is your own responsibility to keep safe as we cannot be entirely sure that the food has not been in contact with the allergen. You can read more about the included food under ‘Nice to know’.

We can provide vegetarian alternatives to the food included so if you have this preference let us know by e-mail.
